These Website Terms govern your use of sopima.ca. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website provides general information about SOPIMA and its digital marketing services. Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
2. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside SOPIMA's control, including market conditions, budgets, offers, competition, platforms, customer behaviour, and a client's implementation. Examples, projections, assessments, or discussions are not guarantees of leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, or other results.
3. Quotes and client services
Website descriptions, package names, and complimentary assessments are invitations to discuss services and are not binding offers. Any paid work, scope, fees, timelines, ownership rights, cancellation terms, and responsibilities will be governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement accepted by SOPIMA and the client. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for those services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, scrape or copy content at scale, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
